Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Cal & Gary's olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp roast garlic purée
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Cal & Gary's mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Layer Salad

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Founders & Farmers cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Founders & Farmers cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sweet onion, diced
  • 1 cup feta, crumbed

How to make it

  1. Using mason jars or recycled jars with lids, divide all ingredients evenly starting with dressing on the bottom then ending with the lettuce on the top.
  2. After all ingredients are layered evenly, close lid and place in fridge before eating. Shake jar so the dressing get evenly distributed, then place into a bowl and enjoy!
  3. *Jar should last 4-5 days in the fridge,
