  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 sugar substitute, such as Swerve
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar substitute, such as Swerve

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until ground.
  3. Roll into 24, 1 inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool cookies slightly, then roll in powdered sugar substitute.
