Roll out pizza dough on a floured work surface until ¼” to ½” thick. Transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan or cast-iron skillet.
Top the dough with pizza sauce, leaving a half inch at the edges, followed by half of the mozzarella, an even layer of pepperoni and then the rest of the cheese. Don’t worry if the pepperoni isn't completely covered, any bits poking out just get nice and crispy.
Cook the pizza on the centre rack until the edges are a nice golden brown and the centre is no longer doughy, around 15-20 minutes. If using a cast iron skillet, it may take a few minutes longer.
Transfer the cooked pizza to a cooling rack and let rest for around 5 minutes. Drizzle with a generous amount of Peace River Hot Honey, cut into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
