1 1/2 cups Founders & Farmers black forest ham, 1/4" dice
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of smoked paprika
How to make it
Prepare the crepes and hollandaise sauce as per package instructions and keep warm.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and 3 tbsp melted butter.
In a medium size non-stick skillet over medium heat gently warm the diced ham. Stir in the egg mixture and scramble to your preferred doneness.
Divide the ham and egg mixture across the centre of the six crepes. Fold over one side of each crepe and roll into a cigar shape. Top each with a generous spoonful of hollandaise sauce and a pinch of smoked paprika.
