750 ml (one bottle) HillStreet Non Alcoholic Chardonnay
1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
3 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Whole Star Anise
2 Whole Clove
2 Oranges, sliced
1 Cup Cal and Gary’s No Pulp Orange Juice
Optional Garnishes
Rosemary Sprigs
Sliced Apples
White Grapes
Frozen Peach Slice
How to make it
In a small pot combine the sugar, water and spices and bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the frozen cranberries. Set aside and allow to come to room temperature.
In a large pitcher pour in the chardonnay along with the cooled syrup, orange juice and orange slices. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight to let the spices and fruit marinate
When ready to serve, add plenty of ice and optional garnishes to wine glasses and top with cold Sangria. Viva!
