  • 750 ml (one bottle) HillStreet Non Alcoholic Chardonnay
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 Whole Star Anise
  • 2 Whole Clove
  • 2 Oranges, sliced
  • 1 Cup Cal and Gary’s No Pulp Orange Juice

Optional Garnishes

  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • Sliced Apples
  • White Grapes
  • Frozen Peach Slice

How to make it

  1. In a small pot combine the sugar, water and spices and bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the frozen cranberries. Set aside and allow to come to room temperature.
  2. In a large pitcher pour in the chardonnay along with the cooled syrup, orange juice and orange slices. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight to let the spices and fruit marinate
  3. When ready to serve, add plenty of ice and optional garnishes to wine glasses and top with cold Sangria. Viva!
