  • 1 cup soft pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup soft dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup Founders & Farmers milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Cal & Gary's pure raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Wow butter
  • 1 tsp Founders & Farmers ground ginger
  • 2 cups toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cups toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups toasted GF Cal & Gary's oatmeal
  • 1 Orange - zested, keep 1 tbsp of juice

For topping

  • 1/2 cup Cal & Gary's gluten free oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup toasted Founders & Farmers sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted Founders & Farmers pumpkin seeds

How to make it

  1. In a food processor, add soft dates, apricots, raisins, WOW butter, honey, otameal, vanilla, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds, pulse a few times until blended. Add in toasted oatmeal, orange zest, orange juice, and chocolate chips, pulse again a few more times until all ingredients are blended together. more
  2. Place mixture into a 8x8 baking pan and press firmly into an even layer. Press topping mixture on top evenly then chill in the refrigerator, approx. 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into bars and serve.
