Riblet Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 packs Founders & Farmers fully cooked mesquite BBQ Ribs
- 4 Italian sandwich rolls
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 cup Founders & Farmers bread and butter pickles
- 1/3 cup Cal & Gary's BBQ sauce
How to make it
- Preheat grill to medium high heat
- Cook ribs on the grill according to instructions on the package
- Toast bread on the grill for 30 seconds a side
- One ribs are cooked let them cool a bit and slide bones out from the ribs gently
- Cut into two equal parts
- To assemble place BBQ sauce on top and bottom of the roll. Lay down lettuce then place riblet on top. Top with sliced onion and pickle and cut in half
