Community Room Booking Guidelines

At Calgary Co-op, we’re proud to support our communities by offering free meeting space in select food stores for:

  • Registered charities
  • Community and non-profit groups
  • Youth and adult sports teams

Business & Paid Events

Businesses or groups charging for activities (e.g., cooking classes, training sessions) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a $150 meeting room fee will apply.

Restricted Uses

Community rooms are not available for:

  • Private parties or family gatherings
  • Sales or commercial events
  • Political or lobbying groups
  • Religious services
  • Media activities

Additional Guidelines

  • No alcohol is allowed at any time.
  • Food & beverages must be purchased from Calgary Co-op.
  • Liability waivers must be signed by all users.
  • Insurance proof may be required depending on the event.
