Every year in the spring our co-operative's members gather to review the past year's performance, get the results of the director election and attend to any special business requiring member approval.
Important Reminder – Member Eligibility
Due to capacity limitations, attendance is limited to pre-registered primary members who purchased their membership prior to November 1, 2025. These members are eligible to attend. To confirm your primary membership status or your initial membership join date, please contact 403-219-6040 and our team will be happy to assist.
Members who bought their membership or became primary members on or after November 1, 2025 are warmly invited to join us at our 70th Annual AGM next year, and we look forward to welcoming you then.
Pursuant to the Cooperatives Act and Calgary Co-op’s Bylaws, Member-Owners are entitled to submit notices of proposals to be considered at the Annual Meeting of Member-Owners. To submit a proposal, Member-Owners should complete this form and deliver it to Calgary Co-op no later than 4:30 p.m., April 8, 2026.
