1/2 pound Emmental, Gruyere, and aged cheddar, cheese, cubed
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp flour
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/8 tsp paprika
Freshly ground pepper
Freshly ground nutmeg
Chopped fruit, vegetables and meat for dipping
How to make it
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and stir occasionally for five minutes. Whisk in garlic and white wine and bring to a low simmer.
Slowly add cubes of cheese, stir until cheese is melted, add paprika, pepper and nutmeg. Transfer mixture into a fondue pot, keep warm over low flame.
Serve with chopped vegetables, fruit and meat.
