  • 6 Cal & Gary's plain crepes
  • 500ml tub Cal & Gary's vanilla ice cream (or flavour of your choice)
  • 1 cup Cal & Gary's English toffee and chocolate, roughly chopped (or garnish of your choice)

How to make it

  1. In a small sauce pot, bring the milk or cream to a simmer and pour over the chocolate chips. Stir well until the chocolate is melted and smooth
  2. Cut each crepe from one edge to the centre, like the minute hand of a clock, drizzle with a bit of chocolate sauce and roll each into a cone. Fill each cone with a scoop of ice cream, topped with a good spoonful of chopped toffee bits and another drizzle of chocolate sauce.
