500ml tub Cal & Gary's vanilla ice cream (or flavour of your choice)
1 cup Cal & Gary's English toffee and chocolate, roughly chopped (or garnish of your choice)
How to make it
In a small sauce pot, bring the milk or cream to a simmer and pour over the chocolate chips. Stir well until the chocolate is melted and smooth
Cut each crepe from one edge to the centre, like the minute hand of a clock, drizzle with a bit of chocolate sauce and roll each into a cone. Fill each cone with a scoop of ice cream, topped with a good spoonful of chopped toffee bits and another drizzle of chocolate sauce.
