  • 1 Cal & Gary's steamer bag of asparagus
  • 3 tbsp Cal & Gary's butter
  • 3 tbsp Founders & Farmers parmesan, grated
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, for juicing
  • Salt and pepper

How to make it

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a sauté pan, put the butter and heat on medium heat. Heat the butter until it turns golden brown and smells nutty. When golden brown, put into a bowl.
  3. Toss the asparagus with the brown butter. Now in the bowl add the breadcrumbs and parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus onto a parchment lined sheet pan and sprinkle any leftover breadcrumb over the asparagus.
  4. Place asparagus into oven and roast for 12-15 minutes until asparagus is tender and the parmesan-crumb is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and enjoy!
