Meet Leonard, Calgary Co-op’s in-house Cheesemonger, bringing over eight years of expertise to our members. As a certified Cheese Professional from the American Cheese Society, Leonard also holds a designation as a Prosciutto di Parma specialist from the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma. He’s passionate about providing expert advice and perfect pairings to elevate your cheese experience.
