Ken joined Calgary Co-op in 2014. His background in the retail food sector spans 24 years across merchandising and marketing through to private label procurement and global sourcing. Ken provides overall leadership to the organization by developing and ensuring the implementation of strategic direction and business plans for attaining corporate, financial and operational objectives.
Paul just joined Co-op this year, and brings with him over 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles. Paul grew up in Calgary, and is an inspirational leader, communicator and negotiator. His experience includes roles at the Calgary Stampede including Chief Financial Officer, where he developed key skills including strategic and tactical planning, risk identification and mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and board and stakeholder relations.
Jeff joined our company in 2008. He is responsible for Petroleum, Co-op Wine Spirits and Beer, Home Health Care, and Business Development. Jeff has been in the co-operative retail industry since 1981.
Lee Gonsalves joined Calgary Co-op in March 2011. He is responsible for human resources, compensation and benefit programs, training and development and labour relations. He brings over 30 years of experience to this role.
Danielle joined Calgary Co-op in January 2016. She is responsible for marketing strategies and initiatives supporting all lines of business. She has over 25 years of experience in retail and loyalty programs, always focusing on consumer acquisition and retention.
Doug joined Calgary Co-op in January 2016. His background in retail includes hard lines, soft lines and food retailing with over 30 years of experience. Working in operations and merchandising for some of Canada’s and the U.S’s largest retailers, his experience includes industry best practices, in diverse retail business models. Doug provides overall leadership to the food store operations and merchandising team.
Bart joined Calgary Co-op in 1998, He is responsible for human resources, compensation and benefit programs, training and development, and labour relations. He brings over 34 years of experience in human resources and operations to this role.
